Cleaning Services Price List
Pressure Washing Services
• Pressure washing of all surfaces: £2 per m²
• Chemical application for the treatment of lichen, blackspot, and algae: £1 per m²
Optional Add-Ons
• Re-sanding of block paving post-cleaning: £1 per m²( during the cleaning process kiln dried sand is ejected from block paving groves and typically requires re-application)
• Specialist stain removal: Pricing provided upon visual inspection, based on the type and extent of the stain (e.g., paint, rust, engine oil, cement, etc.).
Waste Disposal
• All waste and detritus will be bagged using polypropylene woven sacks, and left for the client to dispose of via council waste services.
• Alternatively, we can arrange for waste disposal at a minimum cost of £20. Final pricing will be confirmed on the day of attendance, and based on quantity of bags we are carting off.
Decking Cleaning price list:-
• Standard cleaning: £2 per m²
• Chemical treatments (optional): Costs may increase up to £7 per m², depending on the required treatment. Our technicians will provide a detailed quotation before commencing work.
Walls and Vertical Surfaces
• Pressure washing: £1 per m² (per side)
• Wooden fencing: £1–£3 per m², depending on the required chemical treatments.
Roof Cleaning
• Prices range from £7–£10 per m², depending on the type of roof tiles and the extent of moss coverage.
Gutter Cleaning
• One-bedroom home: £80
• Two- bedroom home: £110
• Three- bedroom home: £130
• Four-bedroom home: £160
Conservatory Cleaning
• Pricing is provided upon inspection and assessment of requirements.
Astro Turf/Artificial Grass Cleaning
• Cleaning cost: £3 per m²
Repairs and Restoration Services
• Block paving repairs and patio repointing: Pricing will be determined after an on-site survey and formal quotation.
